At job, it is necessary and very difficult to follow PPE, Following are PPE we have to follow on daily routine 1.       Wearing mask (whole day, approx 9 hours and as a supervisor advise and point out other staff to be very careful about wearing mask) arrange mask on daily basis, its another challenge for supervisor.   2.       Secondly Social distancing, it is also very big challenge for operational activities, distance around 06 ft, very difficult but possible.
